I’m just finishing week 2 of Block 2. Block 1 was hard and I was quite tired at the end. The recovery week was most welcome. I finished week 1 of Block 2 feeling strong but came down with the flu so had another recovery week. I’m back in to it now feeling strong. I’ll see how I go on tomorrow’s ride. The weather is looking good
I’m currently in the first week of the power/climb in-season training. So far so good. With the nice weather here it’s been good to get outside on the bike. There’s some rain in the forecast so I may be stuck inside for a couple days.
The In-Season system is the best thing ever! I no longer have to figure out what I am going to do for training on any particular day. It takes the headache out of planning your training. Love it!
Hard to believe this challenge is nearly over…9 days to go folks!! What an amazing 3 months this journey has been. It honestly has changed my life and my whole approach to cycling & fitness. I can’t thank Graeme and all the other competitors (friends) enough!! Cheers & Go Hard!!
