Tony Slater's constant reminder to himself.
I posted on my Facebook Page yesterday that, “More than helping cyclists win races, more than losing weight, and more than faster time’s and PR’s–My joy from my job comes from helping other everyday cyclists explore their POTENTIAL and NEW ADVENTURES on a bike.”
Later yesterday, I got a FB message from one of my customers, Tony Slater who has started a BLOG about HIS JOURNEY and how becoming a cyclist has changed his life for the better.
I would like you to take 2 minutes and read his first few posts about where he started, why he took up cycling, and how focused efforts has changed him on the outside and the inside. Tony is a GREAT EXAMPLE of all of us as everyday cyclists who, at times, make excuses…but then find our way.
“THERE ARE NO EXCUSES!” (Read Tony’s Blog Here.)

Tony has lost almost 50 lbs and riding much stronger with less miles, but more importantly he's ENJOYING the adventure of his new life, as a fellow everyday cyclist.
Tony’s Training to Date:
He started with the CYCLO90 Day H.I.T Base System to gain the strength, technique, and weight loss he was first looking for. Now, he’s advanced himself into the new CYCLO90 Day In-Season System for continued results and now pointing his energy at OTHER GOALS and reaping more benefit.

Been reading Tony’s blog and following his training since the Challenge started. It’s a great story, and I know it’s just 1 of many that you’ve created, Graeme. Thanks for what you do!!
So happy for Tony that he has found the sport of cycling.
It’s amazing the transformation that he has made through hard work and just finding enjoyment in riding a bike!
Congrats to you Tony for your commitment and for inspiring all of us!
Wow…I wasn’t expecting to be put up in lights, but thank you guys. In as much as we sweat and push our muscles to their limits and beyond this journey has really been one of mental strength. A huge part of this has been the support here from Graeme and all of you. This is a great place to come when I’m struggling with the mental battle as it always gives me the motivation to “throw down” and train. This is a great community with a great leader and I am thoroughly being part of it!
Great job Tony!! Great Blog and outstanding results!!
