QUESTION: What do I require to do your CYCLO90 Day Base program?
ANSWER: You will need 1) a bike of your choice set up an any indoor trainer of your choice. Yes, you can also usea stationary bike, spin bike, computrainer etc to use with the HIT 30 Trainer videos. You will also need 2) A stability ball and some light dumbbells, about 5 lbs to 25 lbs depending on your strength. CYCLO90 CUSTOMER RESULTS:
“Graeme, did my 20 minute FT today. 294 watts with ave HR of 157. Not bad for a 52 year old duffer. Up 3.3% from my last test in late June and 8.8% from the one before that late March. Honestly I never thought I would ever hold 294 watts for 20 minutes. Used to struggle to do that for 10. Thanks for all your Cyclo90 base and In-season systems, your encouragement, your keeping it real. While I love the Cyclo-HIT sessions and in-ride workouts I still think the Cyclo-Core 2.0 is the secret weapon that ignites the benefits of all the other work. Loving it!” –Kevin Hill
“My Functional Threshold Power is up 44 Watts from six weeks ago! Coming back from a hip replacement, I am super pumped. Thank you CYCLO90 and Graeme.”–Dino Pinto
“Graeme, I wanted to share my results using CYCLO90. I am a Cat III 37 year old, and focus on criterium racing. In my 4th year of racing, and previously followed Carmichael training plans. that is until I discovered cyclo 90. My first 10 min test my average watts was 377. This was about 3 or 4 weeks after masters nationals (where I got destroyed), and I had used time crunched cyclist plan to prepare for the race. Well, I just re-tested after completing my first round of CYCLO90 BASE, and was surprised to see average watts for 10 min test at 423! That’s a 11% gain in 6 weeks! Yes, this plan does work. See what happens at nationals this year…”–Dave Clark

If you have questions about CYCLO90 training or have some RESULTS you'd like to share, please do so. I want to know how your training is going!
I'm not sure if it was fatigue from the previous 4 weeks and/or fighting off every one's illnesses at work but I had to take a couple extra days off last week. Today's workout was Trainer #9 + Cylco Core RIPPED. KILLER work out! Even though it hurt I enjoyed it!
I do have one question though. I'm a smaller rider and my power profile says that I'm a Climber and also an All Arounder. Even though I'm not going to be an amazing sprinter I still want to get better at it and also being able to have great repeatability with putting in hard surges being able to recover and repeating. I have to free 60 trial of work out pass and am wondering which work outs I should do and how often should I focus on them? I also want to work on increasing my strengths. Am I asking too much of myself?
disregard my last comment, I found the answer. I guess I should watch the videos under each surge where you explain how to use each surge.
