I don't see any footage from the indiviual that left such uplifting feedback so he is obviously hiding his inadequacies. Those who lack confidence attack others. They put you down to pick themselves up.

You need me to come up there and kick you in the butt?! Sheesh! Get over it! Just because some petty person who's apparently jealous of your success made a negative comment about you, you now feel like you're letting the thousands of Every Day cyclists down? Where's the Graeme I "Love to Hate" when I'm doing your workouts? Who's always saying, "You can hate me later." Well, back at ya! Breathe out the negativity and get back to being excited about cycling. Your plans and workouts have made me a better cyclist and for that I thank you. Now get back to work!

I compete in ironman events doing the cycling leg. More often than not the wind is present for the last 40+ k's and I get passed by bigger and heavier cyclists. I am 145 pounds and believe over long distances I am disadvantaged on flat terrain however it has its advantage in the hills. I have just started your Cycle Core 90 day programme and hope it produces stronger resukts going forward. Diet, hydration and mental state is all you need to be a triathlete and no one should judge on physical appearance alone. Many who make comments have never taken part in such events and don't have the mental demeanour to undertake such challenges. For those who are subjected to such comments remember we can say we finished!!

Bullshit. Is that guy speaking of professional cycling or what? Average cyclists ride for the pleasure! A Pro Tour cyclist once told me: "One can climb ANY mountain - at his own pace". For ex, I myself once pushed my 230 lbs all the way up L'Alp D'Huez at the age of 50. It certainly took me longer than Marco Pantani's mark. But my muscles got me to the top! And that was some feeling! So, Graeme, just keep on passing your valuable knowledge to the many people who surely are interested. And please disregard useless criticism like that.

I think someone forgot to read the part of your website that says "Everyday Cyclist". The typical cyclist is not what you see in the pro peloton. Appreciate what you are doing. Keep up the good work. That person might be the one that some of your heavier, bulkier adherents drop on the next set of hills.

I know 270 pound guys that have been to ironman in kona. Weight has less to do with triathlon than heart. You may not be as competitive as some 140 pound waif that eats crackers and soda water only; but who cares. Triathlon or cycling weight weenies are always talking about shaving grams off of the bike or the athlete. The fact is as long as you are happy with your performance it's fine. Now if you are a pro athlete you might need to loose a few pounds. Here in Florida the strongest guys around are starting at 175. Some are over 200 pounds. I'm 140 pounds and suffer like hell chasing these guys on flat ground. In the mountains the story changes but the idea is the same. Triathlon and cycling is for everyone.

Ummmm ... I thought that is why you have always caller yourself the "Every Day Cyclist". Because you ... like me are normal and not some cycling freak of nature.

Thanks for all your work. I am an on-again/off-again customer and really enjoy both your style and your workouts. Keep it up.

"A personal trainer that rides a bike." Classic line. That's exactly what I want! And I think that's exactly what most of your customers want. Someone who creates a plan that targets strength, conditioning, and getting lean on a bike is what we're looking for. I guess this guy thinks that for $100 he should get personal instruction from Johan Bruyneel.

What does weight have to do with how a workout is structured. If you had a 150 lb rider doing exactly the same thing in your video workouts with your voiceover, that emailer would probably think it's a fantastic workout.

Laughable
