BEGINNER 14 WEEK PLAN:
DEVELOPED FOR: The beginner or novice cyclist OR the beginner or novice Cyclo-ZEN and Cyclo-SPEED user looking for structure and progress.
TYPICAL GOALS: This plan is perfect if you are looking to approach your first race, a local charity ride, a climbing venue, weight loss, fitness improvements, or maybe a century for the first time.
EXPECTED BENEFITS: After completing this 14 weeks of solid and well laid out training you will NO DOUBT be a more experienced and conditioned cyclist, PLUS you will have the knowledge and foundation to advance yourself to the intermediate level if you haven't already!
RECOMMENDATIONS: If you currently own the beginner level of the 12 Week Off-Season Plan then you can more than likely advance to the intermediate level. However, if you struggled with the first plan or you didn't get your work done...stay with the beginner level.
DO YOU HAVE TO "RACE" TO USE THE 14 WEEK PLAN? Absolutely not! In fact most of our customers of these training plans don't race at all, they just want to improve their fitness and cycling performance for centuries, hill climb events, touring, charity rides and YES races too! No matter what your age or goal, you can use this plan to get you where you want to go!

INTERMEDIATE 14 WEEK PLAN:
DEVELOPED FOR: The avid cyclist or strong recreational group rider looking to dramatically improve their fitness. Our most popular plan.
TYPICAL GOALS: This plan is perfect if you are looking to accelerate your training to the next level or you want to become more serious about your cycling goals and performance. Get this plan if you want a good challenge in your training.
EXPECTED BENEFITS: After completing this 14 weeks of solid and well laid out training you will have overcome several of your weaknesses and added new layers of cycling performance and fitness that was not there before.
RECOMMENDATIONS: If you currently own the intermediate level of the 12 Week Off-Season Plan you should more than likely stay with the intermediate build/peak plan. That is unless you have accelerated to advanced as a result of the 12 week plan...which is definitely possible! If this is the case or you need an ultimate challenge and really want to accelerate your training then move onto the advanced plan...

ADVANCED 14 WEEK PLAN:
DEVELOPED FOR: The SERIOUS cyclist who either wants to compete in races or participate in very challenging rides, events, or hill climbs. This plan is NOT for the faint of heart!
TYPICAL GOALS: This plan is perfect if you want the absolute best training that will refine your skills and your fitness to bring about new levels of performance you never thought possible! This plan will kick your butt...no matter how fit you are!
EXPECTED BENEFITS: After completing this 14 weeks of solid and well laid out training you will be a cycling machine and one that is respected and looked up to in your group rides, races, and riding events. People will take notice!
RECOMMENDATIONS: If you currently own the advanced level of the 12 Week Off-Season Plan then you should continue with the advanced plan for build and peak. Remember, you can add in more recovery segments when necessary or you can really bump up your build and peak sections. You have the options and control you've been looking for!
