"Just a quick note to express my enthusiasm for the cyclo-core program. I've just received the DVD and have been through the workouts a couple of times. I can attest that I most certainly feel the effects of the workouts. I'm a 44 yr old cat 3 masters racer and I'm looking to lay the foundation for a competitive season.
